Located just outside Sutton Coldfield, we are situated within 200 acres of stunning arable farmland and are within easy reach of Birmingham, Coventry and the surrounding areas.

From the South
From the North
Come off the A38 onto the A446 at the Bassett Pole Roundabout (following signs for M42 and the Belfry).
Half a mile past a transport garage (on the left) the road turns sharply to the right and as the road straightens out you can see Grove Lane on the right.
Go up the lane approximately 600m and we are on the right just before a fork in the road (look for the road sign with our logo on).
From Sutton and New Hall Hotel
Turn left out of New Hall drive. At the traffic lights by the Reddicap pub turn right and carry on until you reach the crossroads by the Anvil Public House.
Go straight over into Ox-Leys Rd and after 800m you will cross a bridge over the A38.
Approximately 800m further on the road has a fork in it.
Follow the road to the left and we are immediately on the left after the bend (look for the road sign with our logo on).
